All attractions meet international safety standards.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager at Diamond Parks Pune. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales processes, maintaining accurate sales records, assisting with customer service inquiries, and training new sales staff. The Assistant Sales Manager should be comfortable with analyzing sales data and working with the sales team to identify and implement new revenue-generating strategies.
 Sales Strategy and Planning:
 Develop and implement sales. strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance the park's market position.
 Collaborate with the sales team to set sales goals and objectives.
 Team Leadership:
 Supervise, mentor, and lead the sales team to ensure individual and collective success.
 Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
 Revenue Generation:
 Drive sales efforts to achieve and exceed ticket sales, group bookings, and event sales targets.
 Explore new revenue streams and identify cross-selling opportunities.
 Customer Relationship Management:
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, tour operators, and corporate partners.
 Address customer inquiries, and concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
 Sales Reporting and Analysis:
 Generate and analyze sales reports to evaluate performance against targets.
 Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
 Promotions and Marketing Support:
 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns to drive sales.
 Provide input on marketing strategies based on customer feedback and sales data.
 Event Sales:
 Oversee the sales of event packages for corporate outings, group bookings, and special events.
 Coordinate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of booked events.
 Budget Management:
 Contribute to the development of sales budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
 Monitor expenses and implement cost-effective sales strategies.
 Market Research:
 Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
 Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition,
