Duties and responsibilities of an Sales Manager :

- Develop and execute a sales strategy for a specific geographic region.

- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives. This includes providing training, coaching, and feedback, as well as developing and implementing sales incentive programs.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers. This involves understanding their needs and requirements, and developing solutions that meet those needs.

- Monitor and track sales performance. This includes tracking sales data, analysing trends, and identifying areas for improvement.

- Prepare and deliver sales reports and presentations. This involves communicating sales results to senior management.

Responsible:

- Forecasting sales and inventory.

- Developing and implementing marketing and promotions for kitchen appliances.

- Managing the sales budget.

- Providing technical support to sales representatives and customers.

- Representing the company at trade shows and other industry events.
