- As a senior real estate sales representative with substantial industry experience, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our sales efforts. This position demands expertise in cold calling, exceptional communication skills, a polished and formal presence, and the ability to do fieldwork utilizing personal transportation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute targeted cold calling initiatives to connect with potential clients and nurture relationships
Leverage the industry experience to provide in-depth insights and guidance to clients during property presentations
Mentor and support junior members of the sales team, sharing best practices and contributing to their professional development
Proactively engage with high-value leads and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine strategies and optimize lead generation efforts
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor. activities through continuous market research
Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Exceed established sales targets through a combination of proactive outreach and strategic relationship-building
Represent the company at networking events, fostering connections within the real estate community
Utilize your extensive network to identify and capitalize on business development opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in any field
Substantial experience and a focus on successful cold-calling strategies
Excellent verbal communication skills, demonstrating a high level of professionalism
Proven ability to conduct effective fieldwork, utilizing personal transportation for client meetings and property visits
Results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
Access to personal transportation (vehicle) for fieldwork
