Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Business Development Associate (BDA) with a strong background in IT. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of bringing in projects, managing client accounts, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The BDA will play a crucial role in expanding our business footprint, developing new opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
Develop and execute strategies to bring in new projects and clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Client Account Management:
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Regularly update clients on project progress and address any issues promptly.
Project Management:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track.
Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the IT team to understand technical requirements and capabilities.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective business strategies.
Maintain clear and effective communication channels with clients and internal teams.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project progress.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in business development and client account management in the IT sector.
Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of current IT industry trends and technologies.
Ability to develop and maintain a strong professional network.
Working Conditions:
Have Good Clientele Base
Some travel may be required to meet with clients and attend industry events (if applicable).
