Business Development Manager - Robotics Automation

Optima Robotics is currently looking for a full-time Business Development Manager - India to join our growing business development team. Optima Robotics is in cobot development and robotic solutions. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company in different markets. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills and will need to retain a high level of technical information quickly. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop markets, sales channels and partners to the business scope.

- Responsible for the daily communication and management of businesses in order to achieve designated sales targets.

- Responsible for promoting cooperation and training in markets, and establishing a partner system/ system integrators according to business development needs.

- Promote localized development in markets and adjust marketing strategies according to market information.

- Feedback and analysis of exhibitions, market information, customer information, product information, and competition information.

- Translation of company market documents.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, preferably with a major in Mechatronics/ Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering.

- More than 5 years experience in trade sales, B2B sales, or distributors appointment, system integrators appointments and terminal key account development is preferred;

- Knowledge and/or experience in the automation and robotics industry preferred

- Experience in the automation industries and robots a plus;

- Strong reading, writing, and oral English;

- Strong business development ability and negotiation skills;

- Strong dedication to work, a team spirit, and the courage to explore and innovate independently;

- Able and willing to travel nationally.
