The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales in designated territories, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of successful sales experience. Responsibilities: 1. Conducting regular visits to clients in designated territories to promote products or services. 2. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to expand the customer base. 3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. 5. Providing product demonstrations, presentations, and training to clients as needed. 6. Negotiating contracts and terms of sale with clients to close deals and maximize profitability. 7. Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives and drive business growth. 8. Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and tactics. 9. Generating accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 10. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and build brand awareness. Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2. Proven track record of successful sales experience of minimum 1 year, preferably in a field sales role. 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively within designated territories. 8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 9. Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving sales targets and objectives. 10. Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
