*Job Summary:**
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representatives to join our team across multiple locations. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the copyright music licensing industry, and a passion for protecting intellectual property. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships, and a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
*Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Sales and Business Development:**
- Identify and target potential clients within the copyright music licensing industry, including businesses, broadcasters, and creators.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends, and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
2. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
3. **Product Knowledge and Presentation:**
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services, including copyright music licensing solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of the company's offerings.
4. **Negotiation and Closing:**
- Lead negotiations with clients, addressing objections and finding mutually beneficial solutions to close deals.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
5. **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.

*Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably within the copyright, intellectual property, or music licensing industries.
- Strong understanding of copyright laws, licensing, and intellectual property management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and software.
