Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that involve creating. and executing sales and marketing strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining and expanding client base

Responsibilities
 Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and expand market reach.
 Generate leads, qualify prospects, and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
 Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
 Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and pitches to clients.
 Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with customers.

 Provide product/service feedback and insights to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.
 Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
 Identify and cultivate new client prospects while nurturing existing relationships to expand the client base and boost sales revenue.
 Craft compelling sales presentations tailored to individual client needs.
 Generate accurate sales forecasts and reports, offering insights to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications
 Proven experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in a related industry.
 Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
 Proficiency in sales techniques, marketing automation and CRM software.
 Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
 Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
 Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
