Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, managing accounts, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Field Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting market research and reporting on trends, as well as collaborating with other departments within the. company.

Qualifications
 Proven experience in Sales or a related field
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
 Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
 Knowledge of the packaging industry is a plus
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for candidates include proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, strategic thinking, and an understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
