Job Overview

We are currently hiring a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Truenester. As a Field Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to generate leads and build client relationships for residential and commercial properties within your assigned territory. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the real estate industry. Qualifications And Skills
 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the real estate industry
 Proven track record of achieving sales targets
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
 Self-motivated and driven to succeed
 Knowledge of the local real estate market
 Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

Roles And Responsibilities
 Generate leads for residential and commercial properties within the assigned territory
 Build and maintain relationships with clients
 Conduct property visits and provide information to potential buyers
 Negotiate sales contracts and close deals
