Sales & Business Development:
Lead insurance sales efforts within the agency network, achieve sales targets, and continuously support agents to improve their performance. -
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, offering training, guidance, and consistent support to ensure their success. -
Agent Recruitment & Development:
Participate in recruiting new agents, manage their onboarding process, and support their development to strengthen and grow the agency network. -
Performance Monitoring:
Track and assess agent performance, applying strategies to boost productivity and enhance sales outcomes. -
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure agents adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and performance data.
Designation - Relationship Manager (Agency vertical)
Location - Deoghar, Ranchi, Jamshedpur
CTC up to 4LPA
Experience- Min 1 year in agency vertical
