Sales & Business Development:
Drive insurance sales through the agency network, meet sales targets, and support agents in optimizing their performance. -
Relationship Management:
Foster and maintain strong relationships with agents, providing training, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure their continued success. -
Agent Recruitment & Development:
Assist in recruiting new agents and facilitate their onboarding and development to expand and strengthen the agency network. -
Performance Monitoring:
Assess and track agent performance, implementing strategies to boost productivity and enhance sales outcomes. -
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure agents comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, while keeping accurate records of sales activities and performance.
