Sales & Business Development:
Drive insurance sales through the agency network, achieve sales targets, and provide support to agents to maximize their performance. -
Relationship Management:
Build and sustain strong relationships with agents, offering training, guidance, and continuous support to ensure their success. -
Agent Recruitment & Development:
Assist in recruiting new agents and support their onboarding and development to strengthen the agency network. -
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and evaluate agent performance, implementing strategies to enhance productivity and achieve better sales results. -
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure agents adhere to company policies and regulatory standards, while maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
