Drive insurance sales through the agency channel, meet sales targets, and support agents in maximizing their potential. -
Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, providing training, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure their success. -
Agent Recruitment & Development:
Assist in recruiting new agents and help in their onboarding and development to boost the agency network. -
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze agent performance, implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales outcomes. -
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure agents comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate sales records.
