Sales & Business Development:
Lead insurance sales efforts through the agency network, achieve sales goals, and support agents in maximizing their performance. -
Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agents, offering training, guidance, and continuous support to ensure their ongoing success. -
Agent Recruitment & Development:
Assist in the recruitment of new agents, facilitating their onboarding and development to grow and strengthen the agency network. -
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and evaluate agent performance, implementing strategies to increase productivity and improve sales results. -
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure agents adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and performance.
