About the Role: PhysicsWallah is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Trainer to join our PW VidyaPeeth Sales team. This individual will be responsible for conducting sales training for our Central Sales Team (400+ members) and City Sales Team (300+ members). The role involves developing training programs, creating assessment frameworks, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the sales team's effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
 Training Program Development and Execution:
 Develop and execute training programs for the City and Central Counseling Teams.
 Aim to improve quality parameters across different areas such as probing, academic features explanation, and objection handling.
 Monthly Training Calendars:
 Create monthly training calendars for the sales team based on business priorities.
 Ensure timely execution of the training schedules.
 Content Creation:
 Collaborate with the Academic Team and other stakeholders to create training documents and content for the larger sales organization.
 Ensure the training materials are up-to-date and relevant to current sales strategies.
 Assessment and Feedback:
 Establish an independent assessment wing to evaluate counselors monthly.
 Highlight gaps in knowledge, pitching, and sales acumen skills.
 Develop an assessment and feedback charter for the entire sales team.
 Innovative Training Initiatives:
 Introduce innovative training initiatives to upskill the entire sales organization.
 Utilize various training methods and tools to enhance learning and engagement.

Qualifications:
 Experience: 6-9 years of experience in inside sales or sales training.
 Communication Skills: Excellent communication and orator skills.
 Training and Coaching: Proven ability to train and coach individuals on sales fundamentals and skills.
 Strategic and Tactical Thinking: Ability to think both strategically and tactically to address training needs.
 Collaboration: Highly collaborative with the ability to multitask in a complex environment.
 People Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,
