Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Trainer to join our team. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the sales skills and performance of our team members. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for coaching and a proven track record of improving sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Training Programs: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs that cover sales techniques, product knowledge, customer engagement, and CRM usage.
Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing sales staff, both in-person and virtually.
Assess Training Needs: Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and gaps, and tailor programs to address these areas.
Monitor Performance: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Create Training Materials: Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
Mentor and Coach: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, sales techniques, and market conditions to ensure training content is relevant and effective.
Evaluate teams KPI as per the data given by Admin and HR team and train the candidate in week areas.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in sales training or sales management, with a proven track record of improving sales performance.
Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems.
Certification in sales training or related field is a plus.
