Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team at Calco Poly Technik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting sales training, developing and delivering presentations, designing training and development programs, enhancing communication skills, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct and facilitate sales training sessions for the sales team.

2. Develop and deliver engaging and effective presentations to enhance sales skills.

3. Design and implement training and development programs tailored to the needs of the sales team.

4. Enhance the communication skills of the sales team to ensure effective client communication.

5. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and queries promptly and professionally.

6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

7. Stay updated with the latest sales trends and best practices to incorporate them into the training programs.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or a similar role in the Sales department.

2. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

3. Strong knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to train others.

4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs.

6. Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.

7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.

8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
