Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Trainer. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering effective sales training programs, providing ongoing coaching to sales representatives, and continuously monitoring and improving the performance of the sales team.

 Presentation Skills and Communication skills
 Sales Trainings and Training & Development skills
 Strong Customer Service skills
 Experience in developing sales training programs and delivering effective presentations
. Experience with coaching and monitoring sales representatives
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 Experience in the MSME industry is a plus
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field,
