    *Job Title: Business Development Manager (Co-Working Space)** *Responsibilities:** - **Market Research & Strategy:** Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients. - **Client Acquisition:** Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to convert them into customers. - **Sales & Negotiation:** Develop and present proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals and achieve sales targets. - **Client Management:** Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional service. Address client queries and resolve any issues to ensure high satisfaction levels. - **Partnerships & Networking:** Build and nurture strategic partnerships with local businesses, real estate agents, and other potential referral sources. Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the co-working space. - **Market Analysis:** Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as needed. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis. - **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to management. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure client needs are met and the space is well-maintained. *Requirements:** - **Experience:** Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the real estate or co-working space industry. - **Skills:** Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. - **Education:** Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
