Cyperts Digital Solutions is seeking a Business Development Executive to be based in Pune to join our team.You will get exposure to showcase your talent by working in the blockchain environment

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is self-motivated, full of energy and zest, organized, and wants to learn. As a part of our Business Development team, you will assist in identifying and building new opportunities.

Required Skills:

 Sourcing potential new customers in Internal IT-Business.

 Maintaining regular contact with existing customers.

 Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of IT products.

 Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products.

 A drive to seek new business

 Excellent telephone skills

 Strong verbal and written communication

 Good IT  Software Technologies skills

 Maintaining strong customer relations.

 Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

 Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts

 Identifying new revenue opportunities

 Building business relationships with current and potential clients

 Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business

 Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation

 Assisting with marketing and promotional projects

 Collaborating with management on sales goals

 Support the team with other responsibilities as required

 Meeting given sales targets.

 Experience in Bidding on online portals like UpWork/Guru/ODesk ect. for getting IT Projects get plus point for selection.

Qualification:

 BE-IT/MCA/MCS

 Over 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (IT Industry).

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Strong customer service skills
