Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our partnership efforts, manage client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Web3, excellent communication skills, and experience in event management and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and secure strategic partnerships to drive business growth

- Manage and follow up with clients and regional leads to ensure successful collaborations

- Recruit, manage, and train regional leads to expand our network

- Organize and execute events, webinars, and conferences to promote our brand and build community engagement

- Source, procure, and manage goodies and event materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and community leaders

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business development strategies

- Meet and exceed business development targets and KPIs

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in business development, event management, or a related role in Web2/Web3 companies

- Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)

- Proven track record of successful partnerships, client management, and event execution

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

- Strong community focus and passion for Web3

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, regional leads , manage projects and Ability to prioritize tasks

- Strong organizational and time management skills
