Experience:- 1 to 2+ years as a team lead

Responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand our presence in the market.

3. Collaborate with senior management to define sales goals, strategies, and objectives aligned with company targets.

4. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear, measurable goals for team members.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers of the company to facilitate sales opportunities and partnerships.

7. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

8. Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to senior management.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.,
