Prudent Capital is a boutique investment banking firm, based out of Chennai specializing in debt financing advisory from Banks, NBFCs and DFIs, to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and Emerging corporates.
We are looking for someone who enjoys the fast-paced environment of a high-growth startup and is resilient, persistent, and determined to overcome obstacles, drive deals forward and grow in the organisation. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Associate - Direct Sourcing
Role Overview:
Maximize inflows for the company by developing new partnerships and corporate connections for debt fundraise transactions.
Target and nurture channel partners
Generate leads from strategic market connections.
Identify, map, and actively prospect from various sourcing channels to maximize deal inflows.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including growth, operations, and executions.
Acquire new customers and convert leads received through various marketing channels.
Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team and organizational objectives.
2. Digital Sales Associate
Role Overview:
Involves Tele calling and Cold calling to clients
Engage with and nurture leads received from digital sources.
Communicate effectively with leads from digital sourcing channels.
Track and report the overall performance of leads from different digital channels.
Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team and organizational objectives.
Drive leads toward closure with effective follow-up and cross-team communication.
Requirements & Qualifications
Ability to thrive independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously

Experience being held to and motivated by metrics.

Highly motivated with a track record of consistent achievement of quota(s) for at least 1 year or Prior inside sales experience
Effectively leverages internal resources, tools and systems daily
