Job Description As a Senior Sales person, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth in the US market through calling B2B customers who expressed interest in our product. Your expertise and dedication will be rewarded with attractive recurring incentives, providing significant earning potential. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of the SaaS based financial services software. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform sales strategies and product development. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Qualifications: English medium is a must. International calling experience is a must. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of international sales calling experience. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Trading and brokerage businesses preferred. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
