Location : NOIDA, to cover North Territory.

Job Summary: The Senior Sales Professional for CAD software is responsible for driving sales, identifying
new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. This role involves leveraging expert knowledge
of CAD software solutions to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve or exceed sales
targets for CAD software products and services.
2.Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through various channels, including networking,
cold calls, referrals, and industry events.
3.Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the CAD software products and services offered by
the company, keeping up-to-date with new features and updates.
4.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their
evolving needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5.New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including targeting new
industries or markets where CAD software solutions could be applied.
6.Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential
clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the CAD software.
7.Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized proposals, quotes, and solutions to clients,
addressing their specific requirements.
8.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, collaborating with legal and
finance teams as necessary.
9.Sales Forecasting: Monitor and analyse sales metrics, provide accurate sales forecasts, and report
regularly on sales performance to senior management.
10.Technical Support: Collaborate with technical teams to address customer inquiries, technical concerns,
and product-related issues effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Extensive experience (5 years+ ) in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets,
preferably in the CAD software industry.
Strong understanding of CAD software solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-
technical clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events, as needed.
