We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with in-depth knowledge of the Indian stock market and a proven track record in sales within the fintech industry, particularly in companies specializing in quantitative algorithmic trading. As a Sales Executive at Multyfi, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and establishing our presence in the Indian market. You will leverage your expertise in the stock market and your sales acumen to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the Indian stock market ecosystem, including major indices, securities, regulatory environment, and market dynamics.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including traders, portfolio. managers, fund managers, and other decision-makers within financial institutions and trading firms.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Multyfi's products and services, including our quantitative algorithmic trading platforms, and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
Customized Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique trading requirements and challenges, and propose tailored solutions that address their needs effectively.
Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline diligently, from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.
Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, product development, and marketing departments to align efforts and achieve collective goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales within the fintech industry, with a focus on quantitative algorithmic trading solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
