    Business development Associate (BDA) A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. They work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding the customer base and achieving revenue targets. Operational Responsibilities: Promoting the awareness of the company among the respective clients and identifying profitable business opportunities. Focus on developing new clients and expanding your footprint in the region. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target and attract new channel partners and clients. Identify potential business opportunities and foster relationships with key decision-makers to drive revenue growth. Primarily responsible for new client acquisition and business development for B2B. Stay updated on market developments and incorporate findings into business development strategies. Negotiate or close deals, and handle clients requirements or objections. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals. Work with the sales team to align strategies and optimize the sales process. Track and report on business development activities, leads, and sales results. Analyze the data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Explore new markets and segments for potential growth opportunities. Develop strategies for entering and expanding in new markets. Setting up meetings with the prospects Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Science/Business Masters in marketing, or a related field Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Negotiation and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed. Strong external and management reporting skills.
