Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team at DogNation. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our business, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential subscription clients from existing databases. Generate new business leads through various channels like society activation, direct calling, events, etc. 2. Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives Ensure correct services are delivered to customers promptly. 3. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build a sales pipeline, close subscription deals, and contribute to overall revenue growth. Maximize revenue per customer/data record by re-engaging a dormant/inactive audience under the guidance of senior management 4. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market insights. 5. Customer Service: Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 6. Escalation & Grievance Management: Efficiently handle customer escalations to ensure high CSAT and NPS scores Qualifications: - Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the pet care or related industry. - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work flexible hours and work on weekends and public holidays - Ability to work in a chaotic and dynamic environment Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person,
