Business Development Associate (BDA)

 Responsibilities:**

1.Business Development:*Identify potential clients and establish connections to promote our EdTech platform.Generate leads through various channels and maintain a robust sales pipeline.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.*

2.Client Acquisition:*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.Effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform.*

3.Sales and Revenue Generation:*Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales plans.*

4.Communication Skills:*Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, preferably in English.Engage with clients professionally and effectively articulate the benefits of our services.*

5.Team Collaboration:*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.Share insights and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
 Qualifications:*Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline (B. Tech, BBA, BCom, BE, BSC, BBM, BA, MA, MBA,MCA).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to persuade, negotiate, and work effectively in a team.
