Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship Manager at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited in Mahabaleshwar. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with Club Mahindra members, ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting membership benefits and upgrades, and resolving member queries and concerns.
Qualifications
Customer Relationship Management, Sales, and Communication skills
Ability to engage with customers and promote membership benefits
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Experience in the hospitality or leisure industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
Proficiency in local languages spoken in the region,
