Job Overview

Sky Dreamers Club is seeking an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT and Marketing industries and be proficient in English communication. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth by developing and implementing effective business strategies, building strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.Key Responsibilities
 Develop Growth Strategies: Formulate and execute business development strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
 Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and potential partnerships.
 Client Meetings: Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients to promote the companys products and services.
 Sales Contracts: Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company guidelines.
 Record Keeping: Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other important data.
 Customer Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
 Team Development: Mentor and develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
 Feedback and Support: Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to clients.

Requirements
 Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
 Industry Background: Preferable experience in the IT and Marketing industries.
 Skills:Proven sales track record.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).Strong market knowledge and ability to build rapport.Effective time management and planning skills.
 Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

 Experience in managing sales or marketing teams.

 Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
