    Job Description: Sales Team Leader - Fire and Safety Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and manage a sales team specializing in fire safety products and services. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the fire safety sector. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and consultants. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and partnerships. Sales Training: Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their product knowledge, sales techniques, and client engagement skills. Sales Forecasting: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for growth. Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales contracts. Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges for management review. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in sales within the fire safety industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of fire safety products, systems, regulations, and industry standards. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a sales team. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to clients and negotiate contracts. Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales performance data and market trends. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
