Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team in Pune/Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, branding, and marketing. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and building relationships with clients to drive sales and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
 Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and conducting thorough market research.
 Achieve monthly Sales Target
 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored marketing solutions.
 Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase ArdentBees services and value propositions.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
 Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
 Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to the management team.
 Utilize MS Office tools to manage client databases, track sales activities, and prepare documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
 Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the marketing and branding industry.
 Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding strategies, and lead generation techniques.
 Excellent research skills to identify market trends and potential clients.
 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
 Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Education and Experience:
 Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
 Fresher to 1 years of experience in a field sales role, preferably in a marketing agency or related industry.
