Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports for management. Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends. Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute contracts. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is often preferred. Experience: Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably in the software industry. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present to clients and internal stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
