Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Establish and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their strategic needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual success.
Business Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies that align with the companys growth objectives and enhance market positioning.
Executive Presentations: Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals to senior-level executives, effectively communicating the companys value proposition.
Deal Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations and close significant business deals, securing favorable terms that align with the companys strategic goals.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences and successful project delivery.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide detailed reports and insights on business development activities, sales pipelines, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, positioning the company as a leader in the IT sector.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Extensive experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or in a similar high-level role.
Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on strategic partnerships and long-term client satisfaction.
Analytical and problem-solving prowess, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Independent and collaborative work style, thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and advanced business development tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience in the IT industry or with ERP systems.
