- Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Architects, developers/builders & contractors to drive product awareness & generate business.
Initiate visits, address inquiries, and regular follow-up with clients
Develop plans & strategies for business and achieving the companys sales goals
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation, proposal development, and client presentations.
To manage Key accounts personally and establish long-standing relationships with them.
Improve coordination by ironing out internal process issues regularly to enhance customer experience in overall purchases.
Continually developing brand and building increasing awareness in the marketplace.
Generating and seeking out potential new opportunities.
Managing client relationships with existing clients to support repeat business.
Prepare regular reports and updates on business development activities.
