Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Sales Executive to represent Jaipur Modern and expand our reach within the tourism sector. Your primary goal will be to onboard taxi companies, tour companies, Airbnb hosts, and create affiliate partnerships at all major tourist touchpoints to increase sales for our store and restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
 Identify and engage with potential partners in the tourism industry, including taxi companies, tour operators, and Airbnb hosts.
 Develop and implement strategies to create affiliate programs and partnerships at key tourist touchpoints.
 Present and promote Jaipur Moderns offerings to potential partners, highlighting the unique blend of traditional crafts and modern design.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure continuous collaboration and mutual benefits.
 Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of partnerships and affiliate programs, and provide regular reports to management.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the tourism sector.
 Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
 Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
 Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
 Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
 Knowledge of the local tourism landscape and existing networks within the industry is a plus.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
