Position:* Technical Sales Manager / BDM
Location:* Malad
Experience:* 3-5 years in the Paper Coating Chemical Industry
Roles & Responsibilities:*
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products.
- Handle paper chemical enquiries and provide product information.
- Offer suitable products and quotations.
- Visit customers for business development.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Forecast sales and implement plans across India.
- Attend product trainings, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Address customer queries and advise on technological upgrades.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Travel for product launches and customer briefings.
- Coach and motivate salespersons.
- Conduct trials and coordinate with technical teams.
- Handle costing, pricing, sampling, and documentation.
