    As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales activities to identify, target, qualify, nurture, and convert leads into successful deals. This full-time hybrid role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The position is based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for remote work. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential customers through online research, cold calling, email outreach, and referrals. Conduct cold calling effectively for both domestic and international markets. Achieve a minimum of three successful sales per month and generate high-ticket sales. Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at prospect and customer companies. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer challenges and position suitable solutions. Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight key features, benefits, and use cases. Develop competitive proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals to achieve individual and team sales goals. Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing their experience. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Contribute to client base expansion and business growth efforts. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure. Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners at all levels. Desired Candidate Profile: Willingness and ability to travel as needed for deal closures and agreements. Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong international presence, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience in international sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Comfortable working across different time zones as required. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong networking abilities to achieve sales targets. Proficiency in using sales tools and maintaining detailed reports. Experience in International Sales, International Trade, or International Business. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and remotely. Experience in the IT industry is highly preferred.
