    Designation - Sr Business Development Executive/BDM Salary - Upto 6LPA Location - Gurgaon, Haryana Experience - Min 2 years in B2B and corporate sales Role & Responsibilities: Revenue Management: Develop strategies to maximize revenue generation. Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Understand client needs and pain points through effective questioning and listening. Propose tailored solutions that address client requirements. Manage sales process from lead generation, negotiation to closure. Maintain a healthy sales funnel and pipeline for continuous business growth. Follow up on marketing-generated leads to convert into opportunities. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Utilize networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques. Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and relevant data. Skills: Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business, Sales, or similar field B2B Corporate Sales Consultative Selling Skills Entrepreneurial Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people Ability to work well in a team environment Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Working conditions BYOD (bring your own device policy) - candidate will be eligible for monthly allowances apart from CTC for using their own assets/ devices.
