- Designation - Sr Business Development Executive/BDM
Salary - Upto 6LPA
Location - Gurgaon, Haryana
Experience - Min 2 years in B2B and corporate sales
Role & Responsibilities:
Revenue Management:
Develop strategies to maximize revenue generation.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Understand client needs and pain points through effective questioning and listening.
Propose tailored solutions that address client requirements.
Manage sales process from lead generation, negotiation to closure.
Maintain a healthy sales funnel and pipeline for continuous business growth.
Follow up on marketing-generated leads to convert into opportunities.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Utilize networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and relevant data.
Skills:
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business, Sales, or similar field
