Position: Customer Service Executives
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys products and services to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
Order Processing: Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
Record Keeping: Accurately log all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communication with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer service.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product changes and enhancements, as well as to share best practices.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Work Environment:
Office-based position located in Andheri, Mumbai.
Standard workweek from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
