Job Description
Niva Bupa is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role involves providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to address and resolve customer inquiries.
Issue Resolution: Offer accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and effectively handle customer concerns.
Record Keeping: Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback to contribute to service and product improvements.
Performance Metrics: Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction and response times.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a customer support role, with proper documentation from previous employers.
Education: Graduate with a relevant degree.
Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills (A+ level); proficiency in additional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Punjabi, or Gujarati is an advantage.
