Job Title: Customer Service Executive - Insurance (Welcome Calling)

Responsibilities:
 Conduct outbound welcome calls to potential customers regarding insurance products.
 Educate customers on insurance policies, benefits, and coverage options.
 Meet sales targets and achieve key performance indicators as outlined by the company.
 Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential leads and customer interactions.
 Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
 Collaborate effectively with the sales team to optimize overall team performance.
 Stay informed about industry trends and continuously expand knowledge of insurance products.
 Accurately document all sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
 Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all times.
 Foster a positive and dynamic team environment.

Qualifications:
 Proven track record in telesales, preferably within the insurance sector.
 Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
 Goal-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales objectives.
 Familiarity with insurance products and terminology.
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
