Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Sales and Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle rental needs, processing rental transactions, providing excellent customer service, and promoting additional services to enhance the rental experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner at the rental counter.


3. Provide information about available vehicles, rental options, and additional services to meet customer requirements.

4. Upsell additional services such as out station packages and day tours.

5. Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off logistics, ensuring a smooth and efficient rental process.

6. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Maintain accurate rental records and documentation for each transaction.

8. Collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets, operational goals, and customer service standards.

9. Conduct post-rental inspections and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the customer.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or the car rental industry is a plus but not mandatory.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric and friendly approach. - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in computer skills, including reservation systems and MS Office applications.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
