Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of customer service. This will include managing and resolving customer complaints, escalating issues to appropriate teams, and providing product/service information to customers. The Customer Service Executive will also be responsible for managing customer service operations and collaborating with other teams to. improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer service skills and experience
Experience managing customer service operations
Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations
Customer satisfaction and support skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken) is a must
Experience in the technology or smartphone industry is a plus
Salary based as per company standards.
