Job Title - Junior Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, managing the sales process, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with a proven track record in sales and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate New Business: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling. Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients and partnerships.
Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Adapt strategies based on market trends and client feedback.
Lead Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. Demonstrate the value and benefits of our products/services to potential clients.
Negotiate and Close Deals: Engage in contract negotiations with potential clients. Finalize agreements and manage the contract lifecycle from proposal to closure.
Manage Sales Pipeline: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities. Use CRM tools to track progress, manage client interactions, and report on sales performance.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Achieve Sales Targets: Set and achieve individual and team sales targets. Track performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales results.
Conduct Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. Use market insights to refine sales approaches and identify new business prospects.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment with sales goals and deliver a cohesive client experience.
Provide Feedback and Insights: Share market feedback and insights with management to influence product development and marketing strategies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and tactics.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, with a track record of achieving sales targets. (Internships or relevant projects in sales are also valuable.)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies, with the ability to build and close deals.,
