Job Summary: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying sales opportunities, and building long-term client relationships. This role focuses on driving business growth by actively engaging with potential clients and converting them into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:
 Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and market research.
 Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
 Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to win new business.
 Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business deals.
 Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement business development strategies.
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
 Track and report progress on sales activities using CRM tools.
 Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
 Attend industry events and conferences to expand the companys network and market presence.

Qualifications:
 Bachelors / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 0-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
 Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
 Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Prior experience in Staffing and Recruitment is an advantage.
