Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at Routematic in Bengaluru. The role involves tasks such as ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing data, retaining customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Analytical Skills for data analysis
Customer Retention and Relationship Building abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in customer success or related roles
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of CRM software is a plus,
