Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Bengaluru. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer data, developing strategies for customer retention, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
